Biography:

Dr. Vesselin G. Gueorguiev is a distinguished physicist with a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Louisiana State University. Currently, he is an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Advanced Physical Studies in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Ronin Institute and National Coalition of Independent Scholars (NCIS) in USA. His research explores fundamental interactions in nature, focusing on dark energy and dark matter phenomena through the Scale Invariant Vacuum (SIV) paradigm and Reparametrization Invariant Scaling Symmetry (RISS). He has published over 70 papers and has more than 1k citations. Dr. Gueorguiev is also an accomplished educator, contributing to physics curricula worldwide. Recently, he has become an aspiring entrepreneur and mentor, scientifically via the Quantum Open Source Foundation and business-wise via the SCORE organization in the USA.

Current research areas:

Application of the Scale Invariant Vacuum (SIV) paradigm and the Reparametrization Invariant Scaling Symmetry (RISS) to natural phenomena in Cosmology and Astrophysics with the goal of understanding the dark energy and dark matter.

Recent scholarly activity:

1) Attending various international conferences and presenting research results and ideas.
2) As of August 2024, pushing three papers through the publication process in journals like Astrophysical Journal (ApJ) and the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (MNRAS).
3) Guest editor for special issue "Nature and Origin of Dark Matter and Dark Energy" in MDPI journal Symmetry.

Recent publications:

Forthcoming research:

Exploring the Scale Invariant Vacuum paradigm (SIV) for understanding the Wide Binary systems within our Galaxy, as well as exploring the Scale Invariant Vacuum paradigm for the BBNS.
Looking for collaborators to go after the CMB and BAO next!
