Biography:
After 41 years in Education, which includes the past 21 years in Corrections Education, I retired on January 22, 2021. My years in Education were a wonderful ride during which I taught at the secondary, post-secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels. Here in Idaho, I'm a certified Career and Technical Education Administrator, Work Experience Coordinator, and Business Education and Speech Instructor.
My husband Jim and I have been married 26 years. We both should have majored in Hobbies. We're active in our church, and we enjoy Boise State University sports and Seattle Mariners baseball. Also, I'm a member of the Idaho Civil War Volunteers/Re-enactors and am a registered United States Master's Track and Field athlete (although not a gifted one).
So far, my retirement was been very active. I'm looking forward to revitalizing my research and writing skills so that I can make a contribution in two fields for which I have a passion: Education and Corrections.
