Biography:
More than 30 years of experience architecting, designing and developing software products, including several domain specific languages, process and content management products. Mike has worked on compilers and computer language translation technology. Areas of research include process and content management, complexity metrics, embedded systems and mesh networks.
Mike has a long history of collaboration and participation in standard organizations including the WfMC, OMG and OASIS. He has edited and contributed to the definition of several software standards, including WS-BPEL, BPMN, XPDL, and CMMN. He is a distinguished and Life Member of the ACM and a member of the IEEE.
After a long and successful career at IBM, FileNet and Unisys; Mike is dedicating time to independent research and personal projects.
