Biography:
Suzanne Hertzberg holds a Master of Professional Writing degree from the University of Southern California. She has taught history and writing and has also worked as a curriculum developer, grant writer, and editor. In 2003 her play For All These Wrongs was produced in Los Angeles. In June 2016 Bergamot books published her book, Katherine Joseph: Photographing an Era of Social Significance. She curated a 2010 exhibition of Katherine Joseph’s photographs, “Mexico in the Balance: 1941” for the Fifth Annual San Miguel International Writers’ Conference and consulted on a 2016 exhibition Every Minute Counts: Photographs by Katherine Joseph at the Oregon Jewish Museum and Holocaust Education Center. She has two grown children and lives with her husband in Los Angeles and New York.
