Biography:
Dawn is an organisational development practitioner and researcher. Her work focuses on helping people and organisations navigate change. She has particular experience of working with organisations grappling with non-routine change. Her PhD and independent research focus on organisational learning and the psychological dynamics of organising. She has experience of working with a wide range of entities including Non-departmental Public Bodies, arts and cultural organisations, the NHS, local authorities, universities and nonprofit organisations.
Dawn regularly coaches individuals and teams at a senior level, adopting a flexible and bespoke approach. She has a Master’s Degree in Change Agent Skills and Strategies, elements of which included facilitation of individual and group learning. This is recognized by the five professional accreditation bodies for coaching and mentoring across the UK. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and as such is bound by its code of professional conduct. Dawn is also an Accredited Mediator (School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regents College).
