Dr David Cornforth is an engineer, scientist, researcher and educator.
His qualifications include:
* BSc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, UK
* PhD in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, UK
* Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
* Bachelor of Music from the University of New England, Australia.
His research experience includes heart rate variability analysis, smart electrical grids for renewable energy, and machine learning for detecting diabetes and dementia. He has over 160 peer-reviewed published articles. He has worked as a researcher and educator in Australia with faculty positions at Charles Sturt University, University of New South Wales, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, and the University of Newcastle.
