Biography:
My name is Benjamin Szumskyj and I have a Ph.D. in Bible Exposition (Liberty University), two Master’s Degrees (Divinity, Liberty University; and Biblical Studies, Moody Bible Institute), and three Bachelor’s Degrees (Education, Society & Environment, and Theology), two Graduate Diplomas (Christian Studies and Librarian Technician), and three Graduate Certificates (Biblical Counseling Institute Ohio; Institute of Jewish Studies; Christian Institute on Disability). Teaching for almost twenty years, I currently teach online at a Classical Christian school and when time permits, I write and publish articles as an independent scholar. In addition to several published articles online and in-print, I am the author of Fantasy, Horror, and the Truth: A Christian Insider’s Story (Aneko Press, 2020), Souls Knit Together: Thirty-One Lessons On Friendship From David And Jonathan (Pronomian Press, 2024), The Laws of Torah in the Sanctification of the Modern Christian: A Brief Introduction to Pronomianism (forthcoming), Love and the Law: A Pronomian Pocket Guide to John 14:15 (Pronomian Press, 2025), and editor of An Introduction to Pronomianism: Essays on One Torah Theology in Modern Christianity (McFarland Press, 2025).
Forthcoming research:
I am currently working on a book about the case for biblical patriarchy, a verse-by-verse Bible commentary, and a book contending that Jesus Christ was born during the appointed festival of Sukkot according to the Hebrew calendar.
