PRF invites NCIS members to online "Work-in-Progress" session

Dear NCIS colleagues,
The Princeton Research Forum will be hosting an online "Work-in-Progress" session led by one of our members, Ashwini Mokashi, on Sunday, February 28, at 3 p.m.  We would be pleased if other independent scholars could join us.  (It is good to think that thanks to technology, a silver lining from this difficult time may be greater connectivity among all of us!)
Here are the details:
"Putting our Knowledge to Work: Expanding Boundaries of  Independent Scholarship"
Ashwini writes: "As an independent scholar organization, PRF has an unbelievable amount of knowledge and hundreds of years of collective experience if we put together our members' contributions. This organization is the envy of many around the world. Nevertheless, we are a niche organization, and many members struggle to find the resources to support themselves. We find it very difficult to spend our lives productively in a fashion that we would prefer between the pressures of competing with academic professionals without institutional support or income. Here are some thoughts as to how we can put our knowledge to work either for social service or for finding ways to earn income from our scholarships. I want to present some of my experiments and would also like to hear from you."
Please RSVP directly to me, ellendgilbert[at]  I'll be hosting the meeting and will send you a reminder and the link as the date gets closer.
I know that I am really looking forward to this session!
Best wishes,
