Accommodation Info

NCIS has reserved rooms for attendees for Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26 at the Easton Conference Hall ($115.00 per night) and Gibbs Guest House ($95.00 per night) on the GTU campus. These rooms include linens, Internet access, and access to a communal kitchen, but you will need to bring your own toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Easton is equipped for wheelchair access. To book a room in Easton or Gibbs, please indicate which location and how many nights you prefer on your conference registration form. Housing at Easton and Gibbs must be paid for at the time of registration via PayPal; no refunds will be issued after September 15, 2008. If you will need a room before Friday, October 25, please contact local arrangements chair Kati Lynn immediately at kbogar@comcast.net.

We have also reserved rooms at the UC Berkeley Faculty Club, approximate one mile from the Conference Center. There are six rooms with a private bath available at $110, including breakfast and taxes. We have another four rooms reserved with a shared bath at $80, including breakfast and taxes. To book a room at the Faculty Club, you must make reservations directly with the Faculty Club.
